Refund

The exchange and return policy is governed by the Executive Regulations of Law No. 39/2014 on Consumer Protection:

The product can be exchanged, returned, or benefit from warranty services provided that the original invoice is present.

The customer has the right to exchange or return the product and receive a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.

The item must be in the same condition as it was when purchased, and resaleable, And in its original packaging with all its accessories.

The customer acknowledges that he has not used the product in any way.

The nature of the product is listed among the products that can be returned or refunded. Gifts given to the customer when the product is returned must be purchased in sealed packaging with full accessories.

Products are returned in case of defect or malfunction, Or if it does not conform to the specifications approved in the State of Kuwait.

If no replacement is possible, The product will be returned, The seller is obligated to refund his price according to the value mentioned in the sales invoice, And in the same way I bought it.

The customer has the right to exchange or return when the conditions stipulated in this law are met, Even if the item was purchased during the period of discounts (discounts) licensed by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. .

The consumer may not return or exchange the commodity in the following cases:

If the consumer knows that there is a defect or defect that already exists in the product at the time of purchase and before it is the same, Or it was the last product displayed in the store and mentioned on the invoice.

If the specifications or packaging method of the goods prevent their replacement or return because this leads to their damage or makes it impossible to return them to their original condition at the time of purchase, It is therefore impossible to resell them.
